This Welders Bracelet was made by my great grandfather, Alexander McChesney in Pittsburgh, PA in the 1930s-40s.  

It measures approximately 2 5/8" across x 1 7/8".  The opening is approximately 7/8".   And is 3/8" wide.  It is NOT flexible.  

I am not sure what kind of metal this is made from.  The only thing I can say about it is that it is NOT magnetic.
