Vintage Japanese Ashtray with Hand Painted Farm Scenes, 3 Legs, Dated and Signed

This is a very interesting Japanese(?) ashtray. It is hand painted and sits on 3 pointed legs. The inside is a turquoise and the outside is white with depictions of farm scenes. It is dated 1962 and signed JHS. Very pretty piece with no chips or cracks. The bottom and legs are charcoal gray. It stands 3 inches tall and has a diameter of 5.25 inches.
