Vintage Christmas Tonala Mexican Folk Art 14pc Nativity Handpainted Pottery READ

This vintage Christmas Tonala Mexican Folk Art 14pc Nativity Handpainted Pottery set features a beautifully handpainted Nativity scene with a unique Tonala pattern. The set includes characters from the Holy Family, such as Baby Jesus, Donkey, Joseph, Sheep, Wise Men, Cow, Angels, and Mary. Made of ceramic and measuring between 1.5”-4.75”, these pieces are artist-designed and handmade in Mexico during the 1960s. The set also features an Ibis Crane Motif and a religious theme, making it a beautiful and authentic addition to any holiday or seasonal decor collection.

Condition - Preowned Good - signs of use/age including some scratches, discoloration and debris. One of the wisemen has a few chips and a crack on his face, and one of the angels has some damage on her face. The paint is not perfect and there are no signed pieces. There is crazing throughout, and the donkey looks really annoyed.
