Beautiful vintage celluloid floral basket brooch dating to the late 1930s–early 1940s, marked “JAPAN.” This pre-war piece features a richly detailed basket overflowing with hand-painted flowers in soft greens, peach, coral, and vibrant red.

Expertly molded with impressive depth and finished with delicate painted accents, this brooch is a wonderful example of early Japanese export jewelry craftsmanship.
