Approximately 3” tall and 2.75” in diameter. 
No chips or cracks. Please see the last two photos to see two inconsistencies in the surface. The first looks like where the glass or crystal was poured, which made a kind of bubble. The second looks like a spot missed when polishing, almost like a finger dragged across the surface and it’s slightly more flat & matte on that spot.
