Blown Art Glass Ruby Red Cased Vase w/ Translucent Ruby Red Pedestal

I believe this is cased. Middle layer appears to have been white-see pics. I'm sure there is a very descriptive glass blower artist term for this...Sorry. This is a beauty. Please refer to all of the pictures. There is a couple of rubs were pontil had been polished. Pontil is smooth. Slight mineral deposit in bottom 1/3 of the vase. It measures approx 11"H, 2 1/2 Lbs. This is a solid piece and will ship alone. Flowers are not included.
