1990's sterling silver necklace with diamond heart accent.  I did test the diamond, and it is authentic. Note the diamond is small.   I think the necklace originally had some kind of pendant, but you could add whatever you wanted to it.  marked 925 and signed HDVC on toggle fastener.  Chain length is 18".
